For your convenience, our standard method is Online Ordering. All of our orders are processed using a secure server.

From the Shopping Cart page, you may
proceed to checkout, update your cart, or
continue shopping.

The Keep Shopping button will take you back to the front page. From there, you can continue shopping by selecting a category.

Once you proceed to checkout you will be taken to our online Order Form.

Complete the Shipping and Billing sections of the order form. Review your order and then submit it us. The order Confirmation page means your order has been sent to us. Please jot down the order number for reference.

Registering with Office Playground, Inc. is not required for ordering. Registering is always optional and is a convenient way to save your address information for easier reordering. (We never share our customer information, please review our privacy statement.)

Can't Add Items to Shopping Cart
Settings in the Internet Browser are typically the cause of not being able to add more than one item at a time to the shopping cart. For example, if your browser is set up to block cookies from being placed on your computer, you will not be able to save items in your shopping cart. Each time you leave your shopping cart and return to it, the prior item will not be saved.
You also may not be able to order from this web site because high security settings and some corporate firewalls won't let you establish a secure connection with a remote server. If you're behind such a firewall, you won't be able to place or retrieve orders from our web site.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped quickly.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Otherwise, we may not be able to make changes before your order ships.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. If you no longer need an order that has already shipped, you may return it to us once you receive it. Please see our Return Policy for more information regarding returns.

MINIMUM ORDER:
We do not require a minimum order for items sold in the Office Toy Store section of our web site. Minimum quantities may be required for certain items sold in bulk.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Credit Cards:
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Billing Address for Credit Cards:
The billing address is the address where the credit card statement is mailed. The billing address must match the statement address for the credit card used. Errors in the billing address will delay the shipping and delivery of your order.
To protect you and your credit card information, the billing information you provide will be verified with your credit card company.
If there are any discrepancies, your order will be placed on hold until we receive a valid billing address for your order. We will request the billing address via email and/or telephone. Please provide us with a valid email address and phone number for your order. Spam filters and email blockers of our emails will prevent you from receiving important information regarding your order.
Checks and Money Orders:
We accept checks and money orders, in U.S. currency, made out to Office Playground, Inc.
However, this payment method will delay the processing and shipping of your order until the check or money order has been received and the funds have cleared.
When paying by check, be sure to provide us with the product(s) and quantity, billing and shipping addresses, valid email address (for order and shipping confirmations or out of stock notifications), as well as any other instructions. Your check should include all applicable shipping costs (see shipping rates below) and CA Sales Tax (for California residents only). If you have questions about the total amount due, please send us an email to service@officeplayground.com.
You may complete the Offline Order Form (or print the completed billing page of the online order form) and submit it with your payment.

Purchase Orders (PO's):
Payment is required before we can release inventory for shipping. You may pay with a credit card or check. To pay with a credit card, please place your order online or call us at 800-458-1948. To pay with a check, please review our Check Policy.
SALES TAX:

California sales tax will be added at a rate of 7.25% to all orders shipped to a California address (excluding Marin County).

A sales tax rate of 7.75% will be added to all orders shipped to a Marin County address.

If you are not shipping to a California address, you will not be charged sales tax.

Sales tax is not applied to the shipping portion of your order.
RETURNS
RETURN POLICY:
1. If you have a claim, please contact service@officeplayground.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you further instructions.
Unauthorized claims are not accepted and return shipping will not be refunded if you do not contact us in advance for instructions regarding your claim.
2. Canada orders, please contact service@officeplayground.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you further instructions.
3. If you have a return, we are happy to accept it within 21 days of receiving your order*.
To return an item, please:
1. Indicate your reason for the return.
2. Include a copy of your receipt with your return (If you do not have the receipt, please indicate the order number and your customer number on a separate piece of paper.)
3. Wrap package securely.
4. Send the package via a STANDARD method (such as UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post) with all the information listed above to:

A full refund will be issued for merchandise in new condition returned with its original packaging and accessories. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
* Gumball Machine Refills are non-returnable. For safety and health concerns, we cannot accept returns for food related items. If this item is returned, a refund will not be processed.
Once we receive and process the returned items, we will notify you via email regarding your refund.
Please Note: Refunds and credits can only be given to the individual who purchased the item. We cannot process exchanges for returned items. In addition, we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Office Playground, Inc.
