How much will it cost to ship my order?

The best way to find out the shipping cost for your order is in your cart. Add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and then click the "shopping cart" link in the top right hand corner of the page.

In your cart, there is a shipping calculator on the right hand side of the page. Select your country, state, and zip code and then press the "go" button. This will bring up the available shipping methods and cost for the items that are currently in your cart. The cost of delivery is based on the weight of your order and the method of delivery.

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday excluding all major holidays.

US Postal Service

• Orders shipping with the US Postal Service that are received Monday-Friday by 12 PM Pacific time are shipped the same day. All orders received Saturday, Sunday or after 12 PM will be shipped the following business day.

United Postal Service (UPS)

• Orders shipping with UPS that are received Monday-Friday before 2 PM Pacific Time are shipped the same business day. Orders that are received Saturday, Sunday, or after 2 PM are shipped the following business day.

Standard Shipping

• For orders under 0.8 lbs only
• Delivery time is 2-9 business days (depending on how far the destination is from California)
• USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays

• Delivery time: 2-8 business days (see map)
• UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or most holidays

• For orders above 0.8 lbs
• Available for Hawaii, Alaska, California, Puerto Rico, and US Territories only.
• Delivery time is 2-9 business days (depending on distance from California)
• USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays

Expedited Shipping

Orders received before 2 PM (Pacific Standard Time) on any business day (excluding weekends and holidays) will ship the same day and arrive according to the following schedule:

• UPS 3-Day (guaranteed)
• Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as shipping days

• UPS 2-Day (guaranteed)
• Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as shipping days

Next Day Air Saver

• UPS Next Day Air Saver (guaranteed)
• Delivery time: by the end of the business day
• Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count as shipping days

Next Day Air

• UPS Next Day Air (guaranteed)
• Delivery time: 10:30am the next day
• Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count as shipping days

Can my order be delivered on Saturday?

We currently do not offer any shipping methods that deliver on weekends or holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally. To find the countries that we ship to, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and then click the "shopping cart" link in the top right hand corner of the page.

On the right hand side of the page there is a drop down menu labeled "country". This is the list of countries that we are able to ship to.

Customs and Duties

Customs and import duties are applied when the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and will vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

What are your shipping holidays?

Shipping holidays are determined by the company shipping your order. Below is a list of holidays for the US Postal Service and the United Postal Service (UPS).

Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, Guam and the US Virgin Islands?

Yes we do. Your package will be shipped via USPS 1st Class (packages < 13 ounces) or Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail delivery time is 2-5 business days (not guaranteed). UPS ground and expedited delivery methods are not available.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska and Puerto Rico?

Yes, however only USPS 1st Class, USPS Priority Mail, and United Postal Service (UPS) 2-Day or Next Day Air shipping methods are available.
