1. If you have a claim, please contact service@officeplayground.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you further instructions.


Unauthorized claims are not accepted and return shipping will not be refunded if you do not contact us in advance for instructions regarding your claim.


2. Canada orders, please contact service@officeplayground.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you further instructions.


3. If you have a return, we are happy to accept it within 21 days of receiving your order*. 

To return an item, please:
1. Indicate your reason for the return.
2. Include a copy of your receipt with your return (If you do not have the receipt, please indicate the order number and your customer number on a separate piece of paper.)
3. Wrap package securely.
4. Send the package via a STANDARD method (such as UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post) with all the information listed above to:

A full refund will be issued for merchandise in new condition returned with its original packaging and accessories. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


* Gumball Machine Refills are non-returnable. For safety and health concerns, we cannot accept returns for food related items. If this item is returned, a refund will not be processed.


Once we receive and process the returned items, we will notify you via email regarding your refund.


Please Note: Refunds and credits can only be given to the individual who purchased the item. We cannot process exchanges for returned items. In addition, we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Office Playground, Inc.
