We are happy to offer custom printing on certain products. Look for products in the Printable Products Category. Click the "Request Printing Quote" button to start the order process or call us at 800-458-1948 and ask for the Printing Department.

Process for Printed Orders

  1. Place Order – Click the "Request Printing Quote" button on the desired product page and complete the pop up order form or call us at 800-458-1948 and ask for the printing department.
  2. Submit your Artwork – Upload your artwork using the form as described above or email it to printing@officeplayground.com
  3. Approve the Order Quote – We will email you an order quote with complete pricing and printing details.
  4. Approve the Artwork Proof – We will email an artwork proof for your approval soon after receiving your artwork file.
  5. Ship Order – We will email you the shipment tracking number once the order ships.

Printing Time Frame

Once you approve the Artwork Proof printing production time is typically 5 business days. Standard shipping is typically 1-5 business days. Total turnaround time is 6-10 business days but can be expedited by use of a Rush Fee and an expedited shipping method such as 3rd, 2nd or Next Day shipping. Please inquire to solidify timeframes if you have a tight timeframe.

Artwork

Artwork Requirements:

  • Email your artwork to printing@officeplayground.com
  • Artwork must be camera-ready (not requiring any touch-ups, rearranging or designing).
  • Vector art or 600 dpi (dots per inch) is the minimum quality required.
  • Adobe Illustrator AI or EPS files are acceptable. Ideal files are vector art. Any type must be converted to outlines (curves).
  • High quality/high resolution files such as PDF, TIFF or PSD may also be acceptable (but do not work for all products). These files must be sized to 100% or larger than the actual imprint size, at least 600 dpi, and readable in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Artwork must be black and white only with no halftones, grays or shading.
  • Color artwork must be color separated in black and white.
  • The image edges must be crisp. Jagged, blurry or broken lines will not print properly.
  • Unacceptable formats include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Word, PageMaker, PowerPoint and Corel Draw. Low resolution/quality files such as JPEG, GIF, BMP are not usable.
  • All materials submitted by the customer will be accepted as being in full compliance with laws regarding trademarks and similar protection.
  • These are guidelines only and not all files submitted are guaranteed to work. Each project will be handled on a case by case basis.
Artwork Proof:

  • An artwork proof will be emailed to you after you submit the artwork to us.
  • Please review the artwork proof and if you approve, reply to the email with "Approved" anywhere in the subject line or body of the email.
  • Once you approve the artwork proof, we cannot be held responsible for any typos, errors or mistakes shown on the proof. Please review carefully.
  • Production begins once we receive your approved artwork proof.
  • Please be sure to return the approved proof promptly, as late approvals will result in extended ship dates.
  • You are allowed one artwork revision at no charge. If you require more than one revision that changes the original artwork you submitted, there will be a $30 charge per revision.
Artwork Support:

  • Straight-line text can be typeset by Office Playground free of charge provided the font is a common style. Please indicate the font on the order form.
  • Minor artwork preparation can be done free of charge, depending on the nature of the adjustment and the type of artwork file submitted.
  • Significant artwork design and/or modifications may be available depending on the nature of the work (fees apply). Contact us to inquire.


Production & Shipping

Turnaround:

  • Standard production time is typically 5 business days from receipt of your approved artwork proof.
  • Your order will be shipped when production is complete.
  • Shipping time is based on the shipping method, but Standard UPS Ground shipping is between 1-5 business days.
Rush Service:

  • Rush service is available on certain products.
  • Production time for rush service varies by product.
  • Expedited shipping methods (Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day) are recommended for tight deadlines.
  • Additional fees and charges apply for rush services.
  • Please contact us to inquire about rush service.

Shipping Methods:

UPS Ground is the standard shipping method. UPS 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight are also available.

Terms & Conditions

Imprinting / Ink Colors:

  • The printing areas given are approximate and may vary according to type of artwork.
  • Due to the density of some items, a slight wrinkle may occur when the printing pad hits the item, which may cause a slight breakup in the imprint.
  • Some imprint colors will print differently, depending on the color of the product. For example: blue on yellow backgrounds may appear with a green tint, white on red backgrounds may appear with a pink tint and so forth.
  • Exact color replication for reorders may vary.
  • Two, three and four color imprints are available on some items, please inquire.
  • PMS matching may be available depending on item. Exact PMS matching cannot be guaranteed.
  • We can advise you of the best ink color for your product.
Polyurethane Products:

Please note, no two stress balls or shapes are exactly the same because they are made by hand. The density of the polyurethane varies from item to item. Therefore, it is impossible to guarantee a consistent uniform imprint. Although we feel our imprint quality is the best in the industry, a certain amount of distortion is unavoidable. We will make every effort to recommend the best layout of your ad copy for maximum quality.

Cancellations & Returns:

  • Once you approve the Artwork Proof, production begins. If you require additional information or clarification, please contact us.
  • Cancellations are charged a $50 fee plus any production charges accrued at the time will apply.
  • The best way to avoid cancellation fees is to be 100% confident that you want to move forward with your order. Please make your selections carefully and thoughtfully.
  • We cannot accept returns for imprinted merchandise.
