How to Order

You may place your order directly through our secure website or call/fax/mail your order to us. We are happy to take your order on the phone Monday-Friday 8am-5pm at 800-458-1948. You may fax us your order at 888-981-4646 or mail it to us. Please use our Off-line Order Form for faxed or mailed orders.

Order Status

You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after placing your order. Once the order ships, you will receive an email shipping notice. The shipping notice email will contain your shipment tracking number which can be clicked to show the current status and projected delivery date of your order (UPS only).

You may also log in to your account on our website, email us at service@officeplayground.com or call us at 800-458-1948 to obtain your order status.

Payment Methods

We accept credits cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa), checks and money orders. We do not accept purchase orders or International checks. Paying by check may delay the fulfillment time of your order. We must receive payment before shipping your order.

To pay by check, please use the Off-line Order Form (or print the completed checkout page of the online order form) and mail to us with your payment. Be sure to provide us with the product(s) and quantity, shipping address, email address, phone number and any other instructions. Your check should include all applicable shipping costs (see how to calculate shipping costs) and CA Sales Tax (for California shipping addresses only). Please send your check or money order, in U.S. currency, made out to Office Playground, Inc. to:

Purchase Orders

We do not accept purchase orders as a form of payment. We can however help facilitate your internal process of providing payment to us for your order. Please fax your purchase order (or you may use our Off-line Order Form) to Office Playground at 888-981-4646 or email to service@officeplayground.com. Once we have received your purchase order, we will prepare an order quote which will be faxed or emailed back to you within 24 hours. Once we receive your payment we will process the order and email you an order confirmation.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped quickly. If you need to make any changes to your order, please let us know immediately. Otherwise, we may not be able to make changes before your order ships.

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know immediately. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. If you no longer need an order that has already shipped, you may return it to us once you receive it. Please see our Return Policy for more information regarding returns. Color Preferences

Items that come in assorted colors and styles are packaged randomly. However you can request a certain color or style during the checkout process (right after selecting your Shipping Method) in the text box "Gift Message, Color Preferences, Special Shipping Instructions". If we are unable to fulfill your color/style request we will call or email you before shipping to revise your order if necessary.

Out of Stock

We do our best to keep our products in stock and easy to order, but sometimes we may temporarily sell out of an item. We make it easy for you to be notified when an item comes back in stock. Visit the product page you're interested in purchasing and click on the link "Email me when this item is back in stock". Enter your email address and click the submit button and you'll receive a one-time email notification. To ensure product availability, place your order quickly after you receive your back in stock notification email. If the product is out of stock when you'd like to place your order, you may re-submit your email address to receive an email when the item comes back in stock again. Please note that some discontinued items may not be available once we sell out.

Sale Prices & Discounts

Sale prices are valid through the stated period (or published period) and are good only while supplies last. Unless otherwise noted, discounts may not be combined with any other offer or sale items. Discounts are based on the product total only and do not apply to shipping and sales tax.

Sales Tax

California sales tax will be added at a rate of 7.50% to all orders where the shipping address is located in California (Sonoma County = 8.25%). If you are not shipping to a California address, you will not be charged sales tax. Sales tax is not applied to the shipping portion of your order.

Wholesale Orders

We are a retail only company and do not offer wholesale pricing. We do however have low prices, volume discounts and put a large portion of our items on sale. You are welcome to purchase from us and resell the items.
