Turtle bowl is approximately 3" high x 3" diameter. Resin base is 4.25" long x 3.5" wide x 1.5" tall, rock-like look. The black turtle is approximately 2" long x 2.125" wide. Includes colorful beads for the bottom of the turtle bowl. Requires 2 AA batteries, not included. Has on/off switch on bottom of base. Instructions included.
