General Shipping Guidelines

Shipping rates are based on the weight, shipping location and shipping method of your order.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping:

• Most Standard orders are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground or the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail/1st class Mail .
• P.O. Box, APO/FPO, US Territories, Hawaii and Alaska orders will be shipped via USPS postal service.
• UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. The USPS does not deliver on Sunday.

3-Day Shipping:

• We use UPS for 3-Day Guaranteed Service.
• P.O. Box, APO/FPO, US Territories and Hawaii/Alaska delivery are not available.
• Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days.
• Please refer to the chart below for estimated delivery days.

2-Day Shipping:

• We use UPS for 2-Day Guaranteed Service.
• P.O. Box and APO/FPO delivery are not available.
• Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days.
• Please refer to the chart below for estimated delivery days.

Next Day Shipping:

• We use UPS for Next Day Guaranteed Service. The Next Day Air Saver service is used which guarantees the order by the end of the following business day.
• P.O. Box and APO/FPO delivery are not available.
• Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days.
• Please refer to the chart below for estimated delivery days.

Expedited Delivery Time Frames:

Orders received before 10am (Pacific Time) on any business day (excluding weekends and holidays) will ship the same day and arrive according to the following schedule:

Please note: Overall delivery times for Standard Shipping Methods are estimations only. While we do our best to get your order shipped as fast as possible, actual delivery time ultimately depends upon the shipping company.
